Now more than ever with the emergence of the new Corona Covid-19, we have implemented a number of new protocols that will be added to our operating procedures and will ensure the protection of you, your fellow travelers and our staff.
- Check in – Check out process.
Arrival time 15:00 pm and departure time 11:00 am., to
follow the cleaning and disinfection protocol.
Pre- payment of accommodation costs before your departure, to avoid overcrowding in the reception area, observing the rule of keeping a distance of 2 meters.
Keeping a file with detailed information of all clients, in case of need for tracking.
No entry in rooms for no-residentes.
- Breakfast service.
Gradual attendance at breakfast from 07:30 -11: 30.
Please inform us by phone before your arrival in order to disinfect and prepare
Your table.
When you enter in the breakfast area you have to use antiseptic.
Breakfast is served at your table, with a selection of you from a special breakfast menu during check – in.
- Room cleaning.
Uncommon room cleaning during the stay, only at the request of your customer.
Removal from the room of items such as pillows, throws, shared forms.
Disposable case for TV and air conditioning controls.
Special antiseptic wipes for your own use.
Change of clothing and towels exclusively every 2 days.
Special room disinfection with covid-19 cleaners.
- Use of elevator
An elevator is used exclusively by people living in the same room.
It is recommendet not to use elevator.
- Please notify us immediately of any suspected illness in order to contact the operating physician.
